Mail Blaze is a web based enterprise system that was developed with the corporate in mind. Mail Blaze services mainly corporates and focuses on providing the best service for those businesses requiring a large volume email solution.

Does Mail Blaze provide lists of email addresses?
Mail Blaze is a permission-based only solution. Spam is not tolerated.

Are there requirements regarding how many or how few email messages I can send?
No. Mail Blaze offers a variety of plans to cater for businesses of all sizes. Therefore, you can choose a plan that fits your needs and switch plans easily as your requirements change.

Does Mail Blaze enable you to gather demographic information about your subscribers?
Yes. When you sign up with Mail Blaze, you can create your own customised sign up form, allowing you to gather the specific demographic information you need. You can customize this information to suit your business needs. When new subscribers sign up, they will be asked to supply the designated information. With the demographic information you collect, you can target your email messages to specific audiences.
My clients are concerned about confidentiality. Does Mail Blaze sell contact information?
Mail Blaze is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and their customers. Mail Blaze does not sell or share contact information in any manner.

Is it possible to send the same email newsletter in different formats?
Yes. Mail Blaze enables you to send your email newsletter in text format and as rich HTML messages. The service can also send "Multi-Part" messages, HTML messages that are coded to recognize whether the user's programs accepts HTML messages; if the user's email program is text-only, that subscriber will receive the text version of the email.

Can I track who reads each newsletter?
Yes, Mail Blaze enables you to track who is reading and forwarding your emails.. When you send a message in HTML format, you can track who is opening each message. With HTML format messages, you can also track which links users click in your newsletter, who is forwarding your newsletter, and who is signing up as a result of that forwarding.

Can I preview my newsletter before I send it?
Mail Blaze offers both preview and test features for when you are ready to send out your email campaign. The service sends a test newsletter to your personal email account before sending it to your customers. Also, you can open your newsletter in the different email programs your customers might be using.

Can I confirm that an e-mail has been sent successfully?
Mail Blaze gives you the option to track your campaign stats. You can find out how many e-mails were sent.

After subscribing, can a contact change his or her information?
Yes, Mail Blaze automatically includes a link your newsletter that allows users to update their information or unsubscribe from your list.

Can I import more than one list of subscribers?

I want to send HTML newsletters but don't have the staff resources to create new graphics and templates for each effort. Can Mail Blaze help?

Yes. With Mail Blaze, you can use our e-mail templates for your campaign- you simply drop in the copy and logos. Users also have the option of using existing newsletter or announcement layouts that they provide themselves. You can use Mail Blaze to deliver professional-looking newsletters even if you aren't familiar with HTML or web graphics. Or, our designers can design a custom newsletter for you.

Is there a minimum contract period for using Mail Blaze?
There is no minimum contract period. The terms are month to month.

What is a Private IP Address?
An IP address is the unique identifier that routes your emails to the recipients. A Private IP address is your own private unique identifier. These IP's have never been used before, and therefore don't run the risk of being blacklisted by any of the internet service providers. By using them, Mail Blaze users start with a clean slate and become accountable for their own IP's activity.

How does a Private IP address help email deliverability?
By offering Private IP's, Mail Blaze allows users to start with a clean slate and become accountable for their own IP's activity. This compares to a shared IP environment, in which emails from many different customers come from the same shared IP, which can cause an issue with being blacklisted. The problem is that one customer may cause complaints and some internet service providers would quickly blacklist the shared IP, causing all emails to blocked by the ISP. By using private IP's for each user, a user that receives spam complaints can not affect the way other user's messages reach their subscribers inboxes.
