| The permission-based practises |
Mail Blaze is developed purely to promote permission-based email marketing practices, the service makes it easy for all users to comply with all requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act.

The new law requires email marketers to include links for, and recognize without question, unsubscribe requests. These links are already a standard feature and requirement for all messages sent using Mail Blaze.

Under the CAN-SPAM Act, email marketers cannot disguise the origin of emails by present misleading information in the "From" field or header information. Mail Blaze’s Acceptable Use Policy prohibits users from any attempt to misrepresent or deceive recipients regarding the origin of any email message.

The new law requires email marketers to conspicuously state that all commercial mail is an advertisement, unless the recipient has opted in. From the beginning, Mail Blaze has required, and continues to require, that the service be used only for permission-based lists. Mail Blaze makes it easy for users to build and manage opt-in lists to reach customers easily and effectively. In addition, the service performs a double opt-in method of verification for those that subscribe to a client’s list through the Internet. |
